Alzheimer’s Awareness Day at Harmony Hair Design on September 29

Harmony Hair Design and a volunteer from the Alzheimer’s Association – Hudson Valley Chapter invite the community to the salon for an event on September 29 in support of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s Disease – Orange/Sullivan.

Liz Heil, owner of the salon, is hosting the event to educate people about the services the Alzheimer’s Association provides to families who live in Orange County. Learn about the support groups available for caregivers and people with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia and the many online educational programs available.

Early bird registration will be available for this year’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s. The Orange/Sullivan Walk to End Alzheimer’s will take place on Saturday, October 22 at Benedict Farm Park. An entertaining morning is planned for all ages.
